Lauren is originally from Southern California, but has spent most of her life in Oregon. Following in her mother’s footsteps, she pursued a nursing degree and graduated from George Fox University with honors in 2013. She worked as a bedside nurse for nine years, predominantly in critical care at Providence Portland Medical Center. In 2022, she graduated from Oregon Health and Science University with her Doctor of Nursing Practice, specializing in adult acute care. Prior to practicing vascular medicine, she was a nurse practitioner in cardiac intensive care unit at Providence St. Vincent.
She enjoys traveling with her husband, spending quality time with friends and family, being active, watching hockey, reading, and drinking coffee.
