Dr. Cook is a native of Oregon. He graduated with honors at the University of Oregon with a major in biochemistry. He then attended medical school at Loyola University in Chicago and graduated in 2003. He completed general surgery residency at the University of California in Los Angeles, then completed a vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Dr. Cook is board certified in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery. He has been practicing vascular surgery in Portland since 2011. Dr. Cook takes great satisfaction in providing comprehensive vascular care to patients throughout Oregon. He enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
