Originally from Leavenworth, Washington, Tyanna has lived throughout the country as the spouse of an active-duty Coast Guard member before settling in the Portland area. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washington State University in 2015 and her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from Gonzaga University in 2018. Her background includes experience in family practice, dermatology, and wound care, where she discovered her passion for wound healing during the COVID-19 pandemic. She earned her Wound Care Certification in 2025 and is excited to lead the advanced wound care program at Oregon Vascular Specialists.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, young son, and two Labrador retrievers, as well as traveling, camping, golfing, beach trips, and enjoying charcuterie and wine with friends.
